1152 SPECIAL EXCEPTION RELIEF (BF) 1152.1 Relief from the requirements of Subtitle K §§ 1101, 1102, 1107, 1112, 1113.2, 1114, 1150, and 1151, or as provided elsewhere in this chapter, may be granted by the Zoning Commission as a special exception pursuant to Subtitle X, Chapter 9, and the Zoning Commission’s determination that the request for relief is consistent with the purposes of the applicable BF zone.
