210. GROSS FLOOR AREA (SEFC-1)

GROSS FLOOR AREA (SEFC-1)
Non-residential floor area shall be the total gross floor area of the building not dedicated to uses in one (1) of the following use categories:
Residential;
Emergency shelter; or
Lodging.
