414. ACCESSORY USES (HE)

ACCESSORY USES (HE) Except when required as a special exception by Subtitle K § 412 or not permitted by this section, accessory uses, buildings, or structures customarily incidental and subordinate to the principal uses permitted in Subtitle K § 410 shall be permitted in the HE zones as a matter of right subject to any limitations of this subtitle. Parking as an accessory use shall be permitted except that at-grade accessory surface parking lots shall not be permitted. 414.3 Short-Term Rental shall be permitted as an accessory use to a principal residential use in the HE zones.
