514. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (CG)

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS (CG) A planned unit development (PUD) in the CG zones shall be subject to the following provisions in addition to the provisions of Subtitle X, Chapter 3: The PUD shall be granted only for projects that are superior in achieving the purposes of this chapter and, particularly, the adopted objectives and policies of the Lower Anacostia Waterfront/Near Southwest Area Elements of the Comprehensive Plan; The PUD process shall not be used to reduce requirements in this chapter for the preferred uses; and An applicant for a PUD within the CG-4 zone seeking non-residential density greater than the non-residential density permitted in this chapter shall demonstrate to the Zoning Commission that combined lot density pursuant to Subtitle K ยง 504.3(d) has been acquired to the maximum extent feasible prior to the PUD application.
