618. SPECIAL EXCEPTION - GENERAL USE PROVISIONS (STE)

SPECIAL EXCEPTION - GENERAL USE PROVISIONS (STE) In addition to the general standards set forth in Subtitle X, an applicant for a special exception to establish a community based institutional facility (CBIF) pursuant to Subtitle K ยง 614.1(a) shall demonstrate: The proposal addresses any conditions pertaining to that use as detailed in this chapter; Noise and other potential impacts associated with the operation of a proposed use shall not adversely affect adjacent or nearby uses; Traffic conditions associated with the operation of a proposed use shall not adversely affect adjacent or nearby uses; and The proposed building will comply with the applicable ground floor use.
