808. GREEN AREA RATIO (ARTS)

GREEN AREA RATIO (ARTS)
A minimum green area ratio (GAR) shall be provided for each lot in an ARTS zone as set forth in the following table pursuant to the conditions and requirements of Subtitle C, Chapter 6:
