1101. ZONING APPEAL PROCEDURES

ZONING APPEAL PROCEDURES In exercising its zoning appeal powers, the Board of Zoning Adjustment may reverse or affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision, determination, or refusal appealed from, or may make such order as may be necessary to carry out its decision or authorization, and to that end shall have all the powers of the officer or body from whom the appeal is taken. The appellant shall have the burden of proof to justify the granting of the appeal. If no evidence is presented in opposition to the case, the appellant shall not be relieved of this responsibility.
