410. HEARING PROCEDURES: CHANCERY APPLICATIONS

HEARING PROCEDURES: CHANCERY APPLICATIONS
All chancery proceedings shall be of a rulemaking nature.
The order of procedure at the hearing shall be as follows:
Call to order and opening statement by the presiding officer;
Consideration of procedural matters;
Applicant's case;
Reports and statements by the Secretary of State and the Mayor;
Reports and recommendations by other government agencies;
Reports and recommendations from the affected ANC;
Individuals and organization representatives in support of the application; and
Individuals and organization representatives in opposition to the application.
Any person may appear at a hearing in a chancery application proceeding and present evidence, testimony, or argument that is relevant and not unduly repetitious within such time limits as the Board may determine.
All testimony shall be provided under oath or affirmation.
