3106 MARQUEES Strike Section 3106.1 of the International Building Code in its entirety and insert new Section 3106.1 in the Building Code in its place to read as follows: 3106.1 General. Marquees shall comply with Sections 3106.3 through 3106.5 and other applicable sections of this code. Marquees projecting over or into public space shall also comply with Section 3202.12.3.
