M1201 GENERAL Strike Chapter 12 of the International Residential Code in its entirety and insert new Chapter 12 in the Residential Code in its place to read as follows: M1201.1 General. Administration and enforcement of Part V – Mechanical of the Residential Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, 12 DCMR A.
