M104. SMOKE DETECTION

AM104 SMOKE DETECTION AM104.1 General. Smoke alarms shall be installed in all dwellings used for home day care. Smoke alarms shall be installed in accordance with Section R313. In addition to the locations required by Section R313 smoke alarms shall be installed in all areas used for napping. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 67 DCR 6033 (May 29, 2020 – Part 2).
