922 KEROSENE AND OIL-FIRED STOVES Strike Section 922.1 of the International Mechanical Code in its entirety and insert a new Section 922.1 into the Mechanical Code in its place to read as follows: 922.1 General. Kerosene and oil-fired stoves shall not be used or installed in any premises. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 67 DCR 6078 (May 29, 2020 – Part 2).
