R101 GENERAL Strike Chapter 1[RE] of the International Energy Conservation Code in its entirety and insert new Section 101 in the Energy Conservation Code in its place to read as follows: R101.1 General. Administration and enforcement of the Energy Conservation Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, 12 DCMR A.
