902 APPROVED AGENCY Strike Chapter 9 of the International Green Construction Code in its entirety and insert new Chapter 9 in the Green Construction Code in its place to read as follows: 902.1 Approved agency. The code official shall determine the required qualifications of an approved agency for purposes of this chapter and of Section 611, in accordance with Section 903.1 and the Green Building Program Manual. Where commissioning is required by the Green Construction Code, the owner shall name the individual or firms who are to perform the commissioning and to provide the requisite certifications and verifications. The approved agency shall comply with the commissioning requirements set forth in the Green Construction Code and in the Green Building Program Manual.
