101 GENERAL 101.1 Scope and intent. Scope and intent of the Green Construction Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR. 101.2 Administration and enforcement. Administration and enforcement of the Green Construction Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, Title 12-A DCMR. The District of Columbia Green Construction Code (2017), referred to as the “Green Construction Code,” consists of the 2012 edition of the International Green Construction Code (International Green Construction Code), published by the International Code Council (ICC), as amended by the District of Columbia Green Construction Code Supplement of 2017 (12-K DCMR).
