101 GENERAL Strike Chapter 1 of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its entirety and insert a new Chapter 1 in the Swimming Pool and Spa Code in its place to read as follows: 101.1 Administration and enforcement of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, 12 DCMR A.
