101 GENERAL 101.1 Scope and intent. The scope and intent of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, 12-A DCMR. 101.2 Administration and enforcement. Administration and enforcement of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be governed by Chapter 1 of the Building Code, 12-A DCMR.
