1001 RESIDENT MANAGER 1001.1 If the licensee does not reside in person on the premises and does not superintend in person the operation or conduct of the rooming house, the licensee shall designate a manager or other person who is responsible for the premises. 1001.2 The designated manager or other person shall reside on the premises, shall superintend in person the operation or conduct of the rooming house, and shall have complete charge of the premises.
