1113 WHOLESOMENESS OF FOOD AND DRINK 1113.1 All food and drink shall be wholesome, unadulterated, and free from spoilage. 1113.2 Milk shall be served in the original container in which it is received from the distributor. 1113.3 All shellfish shall be from sources approved by the United States Public Health Service. 1113.4 All cream dispensers shall be constructed to be readily cleansed.
