205 RENEWAL OF HOUSING BASIC BUSINESS LICENSES 205.1 The Director may, upon application by a licensee, issue a renewal of a housing basic business license subject to subsequent determination that all provisions of the applicable laws and regulations are being observed by the licensee. 205.2 The premises of each license renewal applicant shall be subject to the inspection provisions of this chapter.
