5403 FAMILIES WHO REPORT NO INCOME 5403.1 During any periodic or interim recertification where a Family reports they earn no income, a worksheet shall be utilized to determine potential undisclosed sources of income. Families with no income shall be subject to periodic interim recertification as further explained in § 5604.
