5407 ASSETS 5407.1 DCHA, under its MTW authority, established Initiative 3.7.08 entitled “Rent Simplification and Collection”, which simplified calculation of assets for purposes of determining income. The following provision shall apply to calculating assets as imputed income: (a) DCHA shall not require documentation of assets during the periodic recertification process; and (b) DCHA shall not consider imputed income from assets in the calculation of total annual income.
