5765 REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS: APPLICATION OF REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS POLICY 5765.1 This chapter applies to individuals with disabilities in the following programs provided by the DCHA: (a) Applicants of all Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Project Based Voucher Programs (PBV); (b) Participants in the RAD and PBV Programs; and (c) Participants in all other programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance that are conducted or sponsored by the DCHA, its agents or contractors including all non-housing facilities and common areas owned or operated by the DCHA.
