5770 GRIEVANCES 5770.1 The RAD/PBV applicant or participant complainant may file a complaint in accordance with DCHA’s grievance procedure (§§ 5730 et seq.) following a decision by the ADA/504 Coordinator. 5770.2 Rental Assistance Demonstration participant and applicant complainant may file a complaint in accordance with DCHA’s grievance procedure (Sections 5730 through 5747) following a decision by the ADA/504 Coordinator. 5770.3 An applicant or participant may, at any time, exercise their right to appeal a DCHA decision through HUD or the Department of Justice.
