6600 COVERAGE UNDER THE ACT: EXCLUSIONS 6600.1 The jurisdiction of the Director extends to each vacant building in the District of Columbia which is covered on or after the effective date of the Abatement and Condemnation of Nuisance Properties Omnibus Amendment Act of 2000. 6600.2 Each vacant building in the District of Columbia is covered by § 101 of the Act except those vacant buildings excluded from coverage by § 6603 of this chapter.
