8106 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDREN WITH ELEVATED BLOOD LEAD LEVEL 8106.1 DCHA will provide the public health department written notice of the address of any child identified as having an elevated blood lead level. 8106.2 DCHA will provide written notice of the address of a child identified and verified as having an elevated blood lead level (EBLL) to the HUD field office, to HUD’s Office of Lead Hazard Control (OLHCHH), and the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) within five (5) business days of receiving the information. 8106.3 DCHA will comply with the requirements set forth in the regulations at 24 CFR § 35.1130 to reduce the lead paint hazard.
