9115. ASSETS

9115 ASSETS 9115.1 Households shall not be required to report the value or income from assets that are valued at less than $25,000, but shall be required to certify that their combined asset value is under $25,000. This income shall not be included in the income calculated to determine TTP. If a household has assets that are $25,000 or more, they shall be required to report this information, and the income from assets shall be calculated.
