9207. HOMES AND PERMITTED OWNERSHIP ARRANGEMENTS

9207 HOMES AND PERMITTED OWNERSHIP ARRANGEMENTS 9207.1 Permitted types of homes for purchase with a HOAP subsidy under the HCV/HOAP, provided the home purchased is located in the District of Columbia. (a) Single family home, (b) Townhome; (c) Condominium; (d) Cooperative. 9207.2 Types of housing not approved for HOAP subsidy under the HCV/HOAP: (a) Multi-unit buildings or homes with one or more rental units; (b) Congregate Housing; (c) Group Homes; (d) Shared Housing; (e) Cooperative Housing that exclude families with children; (f) Manufactured Homes; (g) Single Room Occupancy Units' and (h) A home located outside of the District of Columbia. 9207.3 The construction status at the time of issuance of the Certificate of Assistance, may be any of the following: (a) Under construction (provided construction is complete upon closing the loan and commencement of the HOAP assistance); (b) New construction ready for occupancy; or (c) Existing housing, with no age limitations.
