9900 GENERAL PROVISIONS 9900.1 The provisions of this chapter are issued pursuant to the authority under the Short- Term Rental Regulation Act of 2018, effective April 25, 2019 (D.C. Law 22-307; D.C. Official Code § 30-201.01 et seq.) and Mayor’s Order 2020-104, dated October 13, 2020. 9900.2 The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all short-term rentals as defined by this chapter.
