138. PROPOSED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS

138 PROPOSED FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS 138.1 Each party to the proceeding, after the close of the record within the time prescribed for post-hearing briefs, or as otherwise directed by the Commission shall serve on all parties and file with the Commission proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for consideration by the Commission. 138.2 The proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be referenced to the record of the proceedings. 138.3 The proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law may be included in the post hearing briefs required by this section.
