2110 ANNUAL REPORT ON SMALLER SCALE CONSTRUCTION 2110.1 Electric corporations operating in the District of Columbia shall submit an annual report, on or before February 15th of each calendar year, which summarizes smaller-scale construction and the costs associated with each project undertaken by the corporation during the preceding year.
