2112. WAIVER

2112 WAIVER 2112.1 The Commission may, in its discretion, waive or modify any provision of this Chapter and may also impose additional requirements, as circumstances warrant. 2112.2 The Commission may upon request, or on its own initiative after notice to the parties of its intention do so, waive any provision of this chapter for good cause.
