2204 Publication of Contract Awards 2204.1 The Office of the Commission Secretary shall submit notices of solicitation and awards of contracts, as well as modification and amendments, over $ 100,000 to the Office of Contracts and Procurements for publication in the District of Columbia Procurement Digest.
