2500. APPLICABILITY

2500 APPLICABILITY 2500.1 Pursuant to D.C. Official Code §§ 34-2001 et seq., this chapter shall apply to all parties seeking certification to provide local exchange service in the District of Columbia after the effective date of these regulations.
