2504 AUTOMATIC CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 2504.1 An applicant shall be exempt from any other certification requirements if the applicant demonstrates in its Application that the applicant or its affiliate: (a) Has at least three (3) years of experience providing telecommunications services pursuant to authorization(s) by the FCC or a state regulatory body; and (b) Derived more than $50 million in gross annual revenue from telecommunications services in the year immediately preceding the year in which the Application is filed.
