2510 TARIFFS MUST BE FILED AND MAINTAINED WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION 2510.1 Prior to commencing service, all certificated local exchange carriers shall file tariffs with the Commission for each service offered within the District. The tariffs shall describe the service being offered and all terms and conditions, and specify the rate or rates charged for the service pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 34-2002(f). Tariffs shall be maintained and updated as necessary.
