2604 COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS FOR REVIEW OF NEGOTIATED AGREEMENTS Within ninety (90) calendar days of the date that a negotiated agreement is filed with the Commission, the Commission shall either approve or reject the negotiated agreement, or any portion thereof, in accordance with the standards set forth in 47 U.S.C. § 252(e)(2). The Commission shall make written findings as to any deficiencies in the negotiated agreement if the negotiated agreement is rejected.
