2616 VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS If after the initiation of an arbitration proceeding, the arbitrating parties reach a negotiated agreement that resolves all of the issues submitted for arbitration, the arbitrating parties shall file a joint request to dismiss the arbitration petition. The Commission may review and grant this request.
