3500 APPLICABILITY 3500.1 Pursuant to D.C. Code §§ 34–1127, 34–909, 34–501 et seq., and 34–2002, this Chapter creates an expedited review procedure that shall apply to applications by entities regulated by the Commission for authority to issue stock or evidences of indebtedness that are payable in more than one year.
