2700 GENERAL PROVISIONS 2700.1 Whenever the regulations in this chapter shall require restrictions or conditions of higher standards than are required in or under any statute or any other municipal regulations, the provisions of this chapter shall govern. 2700.2 Whenever the provisions of any statute or of any municipal regulations shall require restrictions or conditions of higher standards than are required in or under this chapter, the provisions of the statute or other municipal regulations shall govern. AUTHORITY: Unless otherwise noted, the authority for this chapter is §1601 of An Act of March 3, 1901, (31 Stat. 1427, ch. 854; D.C. Code §1-913 (1981)); as amended by §2 of the Surveyor User Charges Act of 1978, D.C. Law 2-149 (D.C. Code §1-929 (1981)).
