4300 GENERAL PROVISIONS 4300.1 This Chapter implements the Energy Efficiency Standards Act of 2007, and governs the purchase of Liquid-Immersed Distribution Transformers. This rulemaking shall be cited as the "District of Columbia LIDT Purchasing Rules". AUTHORITY: D.C.
