1810 ALTERNATIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS 1810.1 The Director may enter into agreements of assurance of compliance or discontinuance prior to or as an alternative to denial, suspension, or revocation of license, as provided by §5(h) of the Act (D.C.
