353. PENALTIES

353 PENALTIES 353.1 In accordance with D.C. Official Code § 50-607, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($ 500) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both.
