914 TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING MINORS 914.1 No licensee shall purchase or receive any article of secondhand personal property from a minor unless the minor’s parent or legal guardian is physically present during the transaction, consents in writing to the transaction, and presents the identification required in this chapter.
