3601 SCOPE OF AGENCY FINANCING AUTHORITY 3601.1 The agency shall be empowered to make or originate the following: Loans to sponsors for the acquisition, construction, equipping, rehabilitation, mezzanine financing, interim financing, or permanent financing of rental projects for Eligible persons; Funds available for rent subsidy to be utilized by Eligible persons; Funds available in a loan guarantee fund to be used by the Agency to guarantee or insure loans in accordance with criteria established by the Agency; and Counseling programs, as part of residential services, available to low-income and moderate-income families who participate in rental projects funded by the Agency.
