3611 LOANS: FEDERALLY ASSISTED 3611.1 When housing financed by the District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency (the "Agency") loan is, in whole or in part, federally insured or otherwise directly or indirectly assisted by the federal government, the regulations of the federal government program pursuant to which that assistance is provided shall apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and Chapter 36 of this title.
