1909. REQUIRED NOTIFICATIONS

1909 REQUIRED NOTIFICATIONS 1909.1 A licensee shall notify the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of any name change, or any change of business, email, or residence address. 1909.2 A licensee shall inform the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of pleading guilty or nolo contendere, or being convicted or found guilty of any felony. 1909.3 A licensee shall inform the Board in writing within thirty (30) days of the suspension, revocation, or surrender of his or her license as a landscape architect in any other jurisdiction.
