2905. TERM OF LICENSE

2905 TERM OF LICENSE 2905.1 The term of a license issued under this chapter shall begin on the date of issuance. 2905.2 A license issued or renewed under this chapter shall be effective for one (1) year. SOURCE: Final Rulemaking published at 35 DCR 6630, 6632 (September 2, 1988).
