3317 HEARING NOTICE PROCEDURES 3317.1 If a respondent requests a hearing, a board shall, within twenty (20) days following receipt of the request, notify the respondent of the date, time, and place of the hearing. 3317.2 The board shall hold the hearing not less than twenty (20) days following the date of service of the notice unless the board and all of the parties agree to the holding of the hearing at an earlier date.
