3713. DISPLAY OF LICENSE

3713 DISPLAY OF LICENSE 3713.1 A licensee of a barber, cosmetology, or specialty cosmetology salon shall display the salon licenses unobstructed from the view of patrons. 3713.2 All individual licensees shall wear or carry, either physically or digitally, their license and make it available upon request. Individual licenses shall also be placed at each station and in plain view of patrons. 3713.3 Each person licensed, certified, or registered under this subchapter shall notify the Mayor of any change of address of the place of residence or place of business or employment within 30 days after the change of address.
